When you contact ROISB or submit any website form — including enquiry, school tour, fee request, scholarship, summer programme, and careers forms — we may collect: parent name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, child's name, child's age, current school, year level of interest, preferred academic year, tour date/time, and any message you choose to share.

Information is used solely to: respond to your enquiry, schedule school tours, share fee structure and admissions information, process scholarship or summer programme requests, review careers applications, and communicate with families during the admissions journey. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information about a child shared through enquiry or admissions forms is treated with extra care. It is used only for academic placement, communication with parents, and the safe delivery of school services. Access is limited to the Admissions Team and authorised school staff. ROISB does not contact children directly through marketing channels.

From time to time, ROISB may capture photographs or video of school events, classrooms, and activities for use on our website, social media, school publications, and admissions materials. Parents may opt in or opt out of media use for their child during enrollment, and may update this preference at any time by emailing [email protected]. ROISB will respect every parent's preference and aims to use student images responsibly and in a manner that protects student dignity and safety.

The ROISB website may use essential cookies to support core functionality and basic analytics tools (such as visitor counts and page popularity) to help us improve the website experience.
